Tisha Rae graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting. She then obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration and certification as a Professional in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining MHTB, she worked for a local Bay Area newspaper, heading the accounting and human resource department for multiple entities. She's a member of SHRM and finds making a difference in employee morale and contributing to a company’s bottom line the most rewarding part of her job.

Tisha Rae's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, and watching her kids play sports.
